Annie Prescott, the head chef and proprietor of The Red Lion, has worked in some of the top establishments in the industry including Le Gavroche in London under the guidance of Michel Roux Jnr and The White Hart in Nayland in partnership with Michel Roux of The Waterside Inn. Annie has also cooked for two award winning pubs and she brings her wealth of talent, expertise and flair to create a truly unforgettable eating experience. Since 2009 when Annie Prescott took ownership, The Red Lion has been nominated for Yorkshire Life Food and Wine Awards and has won itself an entry into The Good Food Guide.
