The Red Lion prides itself on producing mouth watering, traditional home cooked food using only the finest top quality ingredients. Every dish is prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients by professionals who have a genuine passion and love of food. Paul Gascoigne, the head chef and proprietor of The Red Lion brings a wealth of experience from working in several successful public houses and restaurants over the last forty years and is keen to continue the excellent quality food that the Red Lion is noted for.
